Friends of I AM WELL is our monthly giving circle of donors who commit to a recurring gift each month so that we can keep cost-free, stigma-free mental health support going all year.

Your monthly gift supports the full mission of I AM WELL including:

• Keeping our free peer support warmline running.
• Community workshops and events on topics like stigma, coping skills, disaster preparedness, and resilience. 
• Educational resources for families, providers and communities.
• Research and initiatives that make care more accessible for underserved groups.

One-time gifts are incredibly appreciated, but monthly support gives us stability. It helps us plan ahead so our warmline can stay available and covers ongoing costs like training, supervision, technology and program logistics. It also allows us to respond quickly when communities are in crisis without having to wait for the next grant cycle.

Keeping a warmline open requires many things including trained and supervised staff, phone and technology infrastructure, data, oversight, ongoing training and quality improvement. Gifts fund those core recurring costs so that we can remain available, and can expand our capacity to support the community over time.

Yes. I AM WELL Institute is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. When you make a gift you will receive a receipt for your records and annual summaries can be provided for tax purposes.
